Final Fantasy XIV's annual anniversary celebration, The Rising, has officially returned to Eorzea, offering players exclusive seasonal rewards including a new minion, music rolls, and housing items. The limited-time event is scheduled to run until September 10, 2026, at 7:59 a.m. PDT (14:59 GMT). Adventurers must finish all associated quests prior to this deadline, as the content will become unavailable once the event concludes.
To acquire the new Wind-Up Wuk Lamat minion, players who have achieved Level 15 or higher must complete the seasonal quest titled "The Symphony of Life." The storyline begins in the Upper Decks of Limsa Lominsa by speaking with the Wandering Minstrel at coordinates (X:11.0, Y:12.8). From there, players are directed to speak with the Querying Keeper of the Moon at (X:11.7, Y:14.2) and subsequently interact with Bathu Molkoh at (X:11.3, Y:11.5), who will then accompany the player.
While traveling with Bathu Molkoh, players must converse with two NPCs in the area: Lyngsath at (X:10.1, Y:8.2) and Ayoyo at (X:11.3, Y:6.4). Players then need to interact with a Destination marker at (X:11.9, Y:13.8) before visiting the Fisherman's Guild in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks to speak with Bathu Molkoh at (X:7.5, Y:14.8). The objective next sends players to Aleport in Western La Noscea to meet Bathu Molkoh at (X:26.7, Y:26.5). Returning to the Wandering Minstrel at (X:11.3, Y:13.7) finishes the quest, awarding the minion and the "Thankful Thirteen" achievement.
In addition to the minion, players can earn three new Orchestrion Rolls by taking on a secondary quest named "Prelude's Call." After accepting the quest from the Wandering Minstrel in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks at (X:11.3, Y:13.7), players must travel to Old Gridania and speak with him again at (X:10.2, Y:9.1). Completing this task unlocks the Matoya's Cave (Modulation), Eternal Wind (Modulation), and Zanarkand (Modulation) Orchestrion Rolls.
Players interested in decorating their in-game housing can also purchase three new event furnishings. These items are available directly from the Rising Vendor located in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks at (X:11.7, Y:13.6). Unlike typical seasonal events, completing the event quests is not required to access the vendor's stock.
