While some audio logs display map pins indicating their precise locations, others require more careful exploration to discover. Collecting these logs rewards players with story progression and helps them piece together the larger narrative arc of the season.
First wave: August 20 release
The initial batch of three audio logs arrived on Thursday, August 20, marking the start of the seasonal collection challenge. The first log is hidden inside a cave positioned just southwest of the override console near Latte Landing. To reach it, head south from the override console and search for the cave opening to the west of a large cable protruding from the ground. Alternatively, players can enter the mountain by following the road to the north or east, then use a zipline to ascend into the cave.
The second audio log sits atop a snowy mountain located north of Reality's Reign. Look for it beside a tree and near large ice cubes scattered across the peak. The third log rests on top of the large rock formation in the northeast corner of Green Hill Zone. This one blends into the grass, so watch for the diamond-shaped marker with an exclamation point to appear on your screen as you approach.
Second wave: September 3 release
Two more audio logs arrived on Thursday, September 3, positioned in different regions of the map. The first of this set is located just to the north of the Sandy Buttes Hotel, which occupies the middle building on the left side of Heatwave Harbor. Jump over the tall hedge fence surrounding the area, and you'll find the audio log resting beside the building.
The second log from this wave sits to the west of a red barn positioned directly between Stone Sanctum, Green Hill Zone, and Heatwave Harbor. If you follow the road that leads northwest out of Heatwave Harbor, you'll eventually encounter the barn. The audio log can be found right next to a large tree standing outside the barn structure. This location is relatively accessible once you've identified the barn as a landmark.
Third wave: September 17 release
Two additional audio logs were added on Thursday, September 17, continuing the collection across the lower half of the map. The first log sits at the very top of a cliff on a small island in the southwest portion of the map. You can drop directly to this location from the battle bus or use one of the many vertical ziplines available in the area to reach the top.
The second log from this release is positioned under a tree with flowers growing on it, situated atop the edge of a cliff. This cliff is located south of Stone Sanctum. The distinctive flowering tree makes this log easier to identify once you've navigated to the correct cliff edge. Both locations in this wave require some vertical navigation but reward players with clear visual landmarks.
Fourth wave: October 1 release
Three audio logs arrived on Thursday, October 1, with all three hidden in the southeast portion of the map. The first log is found beside an extraction point at the top of a hill south of Reality's Reign. This straightforward location makes it one of the more accessible logs in the season.
The second log is located within the Mega Maze, situated just southeast of Stone Sanctum. From the northern entrance, take an immediate left through a fake wall and follow the stone platforms on the ground until you reach the building at the maze's center. Turn right to exit the building, then take another immediate right to discover the audio log on the floor. Players who prefer a faster route can drop directly to the building from the battle bus, bypassing the maze navigation entirely.
The third audio log from this wave rests on the border of the northern pool in Shaken Sanctuary. This location is relatively straightforward to reach once you've identified the sanctuary and located its northern pool area. All three logs from this release are concentrated in the southeastern region, making it efficient to collect them in a single match.
Fifth wave: October 15 release
The most recent batch of two audio logs was added on Thursday, October 15, continuing the collection in the southeast area of the map. The first log is positioned next to a tree near the center of Stone Sanctum. This central location makes it one of the easiest to find, as Stone Sanctum is a recognizable landmark on the map.
The second and final log is located outside a car wash, resting beside a trash can and the car wash sign. This distinctive setting makes it simple to identify once you've navigated to the car wash structure. With these two additions, the total collection reaches 12 audio logs across five separate releases throughout the season.
Players working to complete the audio log collection should note that new logs may continue to be added as the season progresses. Checking the map regularly for new pins and revisiting known locations can help ensure you don't miss future additions to this narrative collectible series.
